Sorel-Tracy, Thursday April 9th 2020 – Mr. Michel Laurin, President and Chief Operating Officer of Lussier Dale Parizeau, is pleased to announce the nomination of Mr. Pascal Lavigne as Vice-President, Human Resources of the company. Mr. Lavigne will assume his duties on April 16th, 2020.

Mr. Lavigne has extensive experience in the design and implementation of innovative organizational models in industries undergoing profound change. He has worked with several renowned companies in change management and in the deployment of human resources projects with high added value for the organization and its clients. He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial relations from Université Laval and a certificate in operations management from HEC Montréal.

Pascal succeeds Isabelle Simoneau, who previously held the dual position of Vice President of Human Resources and Consulting Services in Occupational Health and Safety. “Moving forward, Isabelle will focus her talents in the position of Vice President of Consulting Services in Occupational Health and Safety. She will thus be able to devote herself entirely to the deployment of our expanded range of services in health and safety, compensation, pay equity, and the prevention and management of disabilities resulting from work-related accidents.
