Montreal, April 7, 2025 – Mr. Luc-André Lussier, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Lussier, is pleased to announce the appointment of two new members to its Board of Directors: Jean-François Béliveau and Renée-Claude Turgeon. Their respective expertise will strengthen the company's governance and support its objectives of growth, profitability, and leadership in the markets where Lussier operates.
Jean-François Béliveau has had a remarkable career in the property and casualty insurance sector in Quebec. Before joining Northbridge Insurance in 2011, where he served as Senior Vice President, Quebec Region until 2024, he was Vice President, Quebec, for commercial insurance at the French insurer AXA, where he worked for more than 23 years. His career is distinguished by a proactive approach to developing growth strategies and establishing strong relationships with key broker partners. He holds the Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Sherbrooke.
Renée-Claude Turgeon, CRIA, is a seasoned professional in human resources management and organizational development. Currently Chief Talent and Sustainability Officer at BBA Consultants, she has played a key role in creating an inclusive and inspiring work environment. Under her leadership, BBA was recognized as one of the best employers of 2024 by Mercer, demonstrating her commitment to organizational excellence.
