Sorel-Tracy, Monday January 11th 2021 – Mr. Michel Laurin, President and Chief Operating Officer of Lussier Dale Parizeau, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Joseph El-Sayegh as Regional Vice President, Commercial Services and Practice Leader in Risk Management. Mr. El-Sayegh assumes this position effective today, January 11, 2021.

Mr. El-Sayegh has extensive experience in the Canadian reinsurance industry where he was most recently President and Chief Executive Officer of SCOR Canada. During his last mandate, he contributed to the development of the vision and strategy for the Americas region and positioned SCOR as one of the leading reinsurers in Canada. Prior to joining SCOR Canada, he worked in Lebanon for a few years with two insurance and reinsurance companies. He has also worked for FM Global in Montreal. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics and Communications from École Polytechnique de Montréal, is an Associate of the Insurance Institute and is certified Risk Management – Canada. “It gives me great pleasure to join this dynamic team by bringing all of my expertise to Lussier Dale Parizeau, a rapidly evolving insurance and financial services firm in Quebec,” stated Joseph El-Sayegh.
