Our insurance program is negotiated with our insurer to meet CIUSS insurance requirements and to provide the minimum coverage required, so that EESADs are well protected.
Civil Liability - $5,000,000
This covers the company against compensatory damages it may suffer as a result of property damage or bodily injury sustained by a third party.
Sexual abuse and acts are included.
Errors and Omissions Insurance (Professional Liability) - $5,000,000
This type of coverage insures the company and its employees (including self-employed workers) against claims arising from damage caused to third parties as a result of any fault, negligence or omission on its part in the course of providing covered professional services.

Directors & Officers Insurance
This policy is designed to cover directors and officers for the acts they are required to perform in their capacity as officers of a company.
